Each human brain is spectacular in its own way. Thinking of the future, goals, the past, hopes and dreams, anything within the world and beyond is only the surface of what the brain is capable of. Ideas arrive from these deep thoughts that are specific to the individual which can vary from intense emotional attributions to simple boredom realizations. I believe that it is impossible to answer the question of where ideas come from. The complexities of the brain are just another idea held in the mind to be mastered. Even through complete conscious thought and reality we cannot fully grasp where it is retrieving the information let alone why we come up with such bold conclusions or extreme notions.
To go even further into the analysis of ideas and thoughts would be to question what they truly are. It is not a matter of where, why, or how but what. To me an idea is an image placed in the brain that is constantly there waiting for action to be taken. Again, no one can say where it came or why you can do nothing but focus on this one idea, but that is the beauty of it. Ideas and thoughts are in general a lot the same. Thoughts are perceived ideas about a person, topic or event that are stuck deep within you and are hard to change. They are the center of the human that create their beliefs and carry them day to day to accomplish what needs to be done or hold them back dwelling on silly ideas and unnecessary thoughts.
